Mr. \u017darko Koneski, serving as the Head of the Energy program at EKO-SVEST, brings with him a wealth of experience in project management and strategic planning, accumulating over 20 years of active involvement in these areas. His expertise lies in designing and overseeing diverse projects targeting civil society organizations, national and local authorities, and the business sector.<\/p>\n
Before joining the EKO-SVEST team, \u017darko played a pivotal role at the British Council, where he led the Arts, Society, and Governance portfolio for Macedonia. During this tenure, he also coordinated the regional monitoring and evaluation process for arts programs. Prior to this, he spent eight years as the head of training and communications for USAID’s civil society development program, focusing on civil sector reforms in Macedonia. Concurrently, he oversaw distance learning programs for the World Bank’s Global Development Learning Network in the Europe and Central Asia region.<\/p>\n
Throughout his career, \u017darko has coordinated numerous events for international organizations, moderating donor and high-level meetings. His primary areas of focus include strategic planning, project management, and leveraging new technologies for development purposes.<\/p>\n
