Hristina serves as a Senior Legal Advisor specializing in Energy and Climate matters. Her primary focus lies in implementing the EU acquis, particularly with regard to the Green Agenda for Western Balkans and the Paris Agreement. Her responsibilities include closely monitoring foreign investments in Serbia and overseeing the operations of major polluters.<\/p>\n
Hristina brings extensive experience in environmental impact assessment procedures, challenging construction and operational permits, and conducting inspection surveillance procedures. She has also been actively involved in providing training sessions on topics such as access to information, public participation, and access to justice in environmental affairs.<\/p>\n
Graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade in 2016 as one of the top students in her generation, Hristina commenced her professional journey at a prominent domestic commercial law firm. Since 2019, she has been an integral part of the RERI team. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, Hristina has authored several academic papers in the realms of environmental protection and commercial law. Her language proficiency extends to Serbian, English, and French.<\/p>\n
