Mr. Slavisa Jelisic has over 25 years of the professional experience in areas of managing, providing technical expertise, monitoring and evaluation of sustainable development projects. Experience as project manager, independent technical consultant and trainer for international financers – mainly EU, EBRD, UN, USAID, GIZ, SIDA and other financiers.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, Mr. Jelisic has extended experiences in preparation of strategic documents, action plans and feasibility studies (e.g. circular economy road maps, sustainable energy action plans, energy efficiency action plans, drafting of energy laws); preparing waste management plans and studies; capacity building, providing on the job training, designing and implementing training programs; experience in SME restructuring and business planning including fields of circular economy solutions, rural development, agriculture and food processing, waste management and energy systems, and evaluation of implemented projects.<\/p>\n
Mr. Jelisic holds the MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Banja Luka University (BIH), is fluent in Serbian and English.<\/p>\n
