The project will serve as a model for combining technical analysis, community engagement, and strategic planning to build a greener, more resilient, and energy-efficient urban environment in Kumanovo.

The project aims to foster sustainable tourism development and socio-economic growth in the Krusevo and Elbasan cross-border region. Its main goal is to enhance tourism infrastructure, improve local capacities, and strengthen cross-border cooperation, generating long-term benefits for local communities and businesses.

The project creates new economic opportunities for urban and rural communities by establishing proposed infrastructure imrpovements for active touism, planned joint strategic actions for developing and promoting CB tourism package, uniqe set of capacity building measures and actionts to strentghten CB stakeholder cooperation.

Under the “GREEN growth and sustainable development” project, ALKA is enhancing its internal capabilities to play a more active and targeted role in combatting climate change through elevated activities. ALKA’s bolstered capacities will be utilized to raise awareness among citizens regarding the “Zero Waste” initiative.

The aim of the project, “CSOs Strengthening Regional Connections for Implementation of the WB Green Agenda,” is to facilitate networking and the exchange of best practices among Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) within the country and with IPA/EU-based CSOs.This will be achieved by establishing citizen initiatives and platforms.

The project aims to enhance the economic independence and social inclusion of the project beneficiaries, including NEET Youth and at-risk people. The specific objective of the action is to realistically and attainably focus on capacity building and soft skills development of the beneficiaries, increasing their soft skills, vocational education and training
