Mr. Blagoja Mukanov, a specialist in Agribusiness Development and Digital Agriculture, boasts extensive expertise in Applied Economics in Agriculture and International Agricultural Development, with a particular emphasis on digital technologies. Drawing from over 20 years of practical experience, he has become a notable figure in the field.
His primary professional focus revolves around Digital Agriculture and the development of farming businesses. As the executive director and owner of one of the pioneer companies in the Republic of Macedonia dedicated to implementing digital agriculture for both large and small-scale farming, Mr. Mukanov is committed to transforming traditional farming models in developing countries.
He has successfully established a regional network of farming labs across the Western Balkan region, dedicated to testing, evaluating, and enhancing innovative farming technologies and practices. Mr. Mukanov has played a pivotal role in the development or participation in over 30 national, regional, and European projects centered on agricultural and rural development, digital agricultural innovations, and farming practices.
His latest academic achievement includes obtaining a Graduate Certificate in International Development with a focus on Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
