Ms. Katarina Sinadinovska, Journalist
Ms. Katarina Sinadinovska graduated in journalism from the University of “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje in 2008. Currently serving as the assistant to the Chief and responsible editor at the economic weekly “Capital,” she has a rich professional background. Before joining “Capital,” Katerina established her career as a journalist in two national television networks, initially at TV Alfa and later at Channel 5. Additionally, from 2004 to 2006, she worked as a journalist at the daily newspaper “Evening.”
In 2015, Ms. Sinadinovska played a pivotal role as one of the founders of the Council for Ethics in the Media of Macedonia (SEMM). Her commitment to media ethics and professionalism was further recognized in March 2018 when she was re-elected as the President of the Management Board, securing a second term in this position for the subsequent 4 years.
Katarina actively participates in various workshops, training sessions, and conferences both within the country and abroad. Her engagement primarily centers on professional development, with a special emphasis on topics such as freedom of expression in the media, media ethics and literacy, and the political-business influence on the media sector. Currently she is engaged as editor-in-chief of the TV Project “AGENDA 35”.
