LIR Evolucija is a development, consulting and research agency based in Banja Luka, competent to provide various types of services from all aspects of sustainable development. It was founded in 2003 as LIR – Local Development Initiative, and in 2013, in accordance with new experiences and directions, it was transformed into LIR Evolution. LIR Evolution’s references include more than 50 successfully implemented projects and contracts, while the LIR team consists of 5 full-time employees and more than 20 external associates.
LIR’s MISSION is to implement and coordinate development projects and provide consulting services in order to achieve sustainable development based on achieving a balance between economic and energy efficiency and environmental protection.
