Established in 2003, with activities in nature protection, tourism promotion, alpinism, cycling, ski and snow shoeing. ERA is member of international associations, with partners Mountain club Hajla and PSKH Hrid in Montenegro and Valbona NGO in Albania operating in bordering areas. Its members speak English, German, Italian and Serbian languages. It has been active in many areas of wildlife conservation, most notably with the study and protection of the endangered Balkan Lynx, as well as protection of rivers and their ecosystems in Kosovo and beyond.
