Coalition 27 is an informal network of non-governmental organizations of Montenegro that represents a platform for the joint participation of civil society organizations in the process of adopting European Union standards and values in the field of environmental protection.
It was formed in April 2016 with the aim of monitoring the process of harmonization and application of policies in the accession negotiations between Montenegro and the EU, as well as proposing solutions that will contribute to the protection and improvement of the environment and the quality of life of citizens.
