• Construction of a dedicated, safe, and accessible paragliding take-off site in Krusevo.
• Advanced sports and event facilities at Gumenje Sports and Recreation Center, including landscaped paths, LED lighting, urban equipment, refurbished sports fields, and spaces for outdoor festivals.
• Adventure park in Funar, Elbasan, with an approach parking area and signposted paths to the Dopaj canyons.
• Increased skills and knowledge among local entrepreneurs and small business owners in sustainable tourism practices, circular economy, and low-waste operations.
• Establishment of a cross-border network connecting key tourism stakeholders for regular consultation, joint initiatives, and collaboration.
